Project News:
Pipeline
controls require a broad range of
system integration skills
BDP Inc. is
currently participating in
control system upgrades and
expansion projects for several
gas and liquid pipelines in
Texas. These capital
projects include upgrades for
control panels, field devices,
and wiring systems to improve
automation and maintainability of
existing facilities.
Several projects also
include pipeline expansions
requiring automation of new pump
stations and pipeline delivery
points. These projects
require PLC control expertise and
integration capability to support
local metering and analysis
equipment, unit control panels,
station controllers with local
operator displays, SCADA
telemetry connections, and
coordination with pipeline
control centers. The BDP
team offers system integration
skills to ensure successful
connectivity from local meters to
the remote pipeline control
center.

gathering system in east Texas.

natural gas compressor in east

stations along a liquid pipeline

for a liquid pipeline in south

of metering and valve stations
for a new liquid pipeline from a
refinery to underground storage
in southeast Texas.
